Translate the following. Except for 8 and 9, change the sentences to become negative and then turn them into questions:

  1. We are students (scoláirí).
  2. I am James (Séamus).
  3. James is drinking water (uisce), he has a cold.
  4. The man is here (anseo), he is a doctor.
  5. He has a bag, it is closed.
  6. The night is dark and cold.
  7. We were talking, he was listening (ag éisteacht).
  8. Does James have a cold?
  9. Yes, he has a cold.
  10. We are sad.
