"Faoiseamh a Gheobhadsa"
le Máirtín Ó Direáin.

Faoiseamh a gheobhadsa, I will find solace
Seal beag gairid, For a short time only,
I measc mo dhaoine, Among my people,
Ó chrá croí, From what vexes the heart,
Ó bhuairt aigne, From a troubled mind,
Ó uaigneas duairc, From soured solitude,
Ó chaint ghontach, From wounding talk,
Thiar ag baile. Back home.
